SENIOR HOMECARE MANAGER
_REPORTING TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER_
The purpose of the role of Senior Home Care Manager: Manage Home Care
Services operated by Trustus Senior Care. The successful candidate
will lead a team of circa **Apply on the website** carers who provide
essential care services in the home for elderly persons as identified
by the HSE. As a Senior Manager you will also be an active member of
the organisations Senior Management Team.

* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
* A third-level qualification in Care Management, Business or a
related field.
* Previous experience of managing a large team in a busy dynamic
environment.
* Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and or in a
team leadership.
* Interpersonal skills and leadership capability are paramount.
